Austro-Prussian War (1866)

Austro-Prussian Conflict (1866):

The Austro-Prussian Conflict, otherwise called the Seven Weeks' Conflict, was battled between the Austrian Realm and the Realm of Prussia, alongside its partners.

The contention emerged from strains among Austria and Prussia over impact and initiative inside the German states.

The conflict saw fast Prussian preparation and the successful utilization of railroads for military transportation.

The Prussian triumph brought about the disintegration of the German Confederation and the foundation of the North German Confederation, drove by Prussia, which laid the basis for the possible unification of Germany.
